"Pipeworks was thoroughly professional in repairing a heavily leaking shower pipe: polite, prompt, expert and reasonably priced. Very highly recommended."

"We hired Bonsby to inspect a previously backed up sewage line to determine the source of the issue and whether our upstairs neighborâ s unit is responsible, if our pipes are connected, etc. Our service tech Jairo was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through his entire assessment (the walls were still open from the restoration work so we could see all of the pipes) he explained which pipe went where, their overlap, how everything worked and took plenty of pics/videos. He also showed me another leak in the pipes and came up with an estimate for all the necessary work on the spot. I canâ t speak to their actual work in fixing the issue but as for an inspection, Iâ m satisfied. Scheduling/rescheduling our appointment was also easy."

"Excellent work done by the professional gas plumber Jamie who fixed several gas leaks in the basement of the house by replacing several old pipes with union system pipes. In time, professional, and state of the art work. Highly recommended!"

"Pullman plumbing was prompt and finished my sewer pipe and water line in 1 day"

"Chris was very easy to work with throughout the whole transaction hes very understanding and really wants to keep the customer happy! This company got to the job asp for me and my family! Thanks to you guys we no longer have a carbon monoxide leak!!"

"We had a leak and they fixed it. They had to fix the pipe and it actually was in the stud. It was leaking down into our kitchen. They fixed it and everything has been fine. The repair person suggested to my husband that he might want to do some of the pre work to save on the cost. My husband did some of the pre work, he opened up the ceiling and behind the sink to save on labor and it was easier for the plumber to get to what he needed. Yes, I would use this provider again."

"Wow what the best experience I have had with a plumbing company ever. I needed some work done to my well and pump so I called redline. They responded within a quickly manner and were professional. I was there when they came to look at it and when they had to come to the work they came back and were very respectful and hard workers. Everything was done in a timely manner and trustworthy employees. I had to leave and left with them there and I felt that they were good and people I could trust in my house. I can’t thank you all enough. I’m very happy with the work and I appreciate it. I will call again when I need something done. If you need anything done plumbing these are your people to call!! Amazing thank you!!"

"The work involved installing a kitchen faucet and a bathroom sink/vanity/faucet, some of which was very straightforward and some of which presented challenges because of the set up and small size of my bathroom. My plumber was knowledgeable and conscientious -- and a very smart and proactive problem solver as well! He identified and investigated a set of options to solve the problem, including looking up comments on the items I'd ordered to see if the problems he saw had been commented on by others and getting a few additional pieces of piping, etc, for a beautiful workaround. Very happy with his approach and his work!"

"In terms of getting the job done, Chris was completely fine, organized and professional, also fitted me into his schedule on short notice on same day. The issue I have with price is the following. I live in a condominium building. For plumbing work in a private house, Chris charges a visitation service fee of $49, which I was informed is credited back against the work charge if the customer ok's his doing the work. For plumbing work in a condominium, however, Chris charges a visitation service fee of $69, which is not credited back against the work charge if the customer ok's his doing the work. Thus, for doing work in a condominium building, my understanding is that there is in effect a substantial condominium surcharge. (For example, per the above information and excluding the 10% discount referred to below, assuming a work charge of $200 done in a private house the total fee would be $ 49 +$200 - $49 = $200. For the same work done in a condominium building, the total fee would be $69 + $200 = $269), Chris did honor (on a first time basis) the posted 10% discount to Angies' list member customers for the actual work done. I suppose there may be situations in a condominium context where it is necessary to deal/coordinate with neighbors' or building piping and water supply complications or other issues in order to complete the desired plumbing work. However, no such complications occurred in the work Chris did for me. It was a straightforward drain snake job, and the time from Chris' arrival to departure from my building's parking lot was to my recollection no more than 45". I would hire Chris again if he eliminated his condominium surcharge policy."

"DB Plumbing Doctors and Sons were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone."
