"I have had Ehrhardt plumbing for numerous plumbing jobs. The Roman Tub Faucet installation was probably the least successful job but still OK. The tech left and the faucet was on a constant drip/flow. I had to call and have the tech return. He said he needed a replacement part. Since the faucet was one I had ordered online -and from company Ehrhardt does not deal with, I needed to find it. I eventually did. The drip fortunately stopped. I still wanted someone to come and recheck it -- didn't seem to work that great. I was told I would have to pay for the recheck. I was disappointed considering I have been a good loyal customer. I opted not to have him come. Previously they have replaced two hot water heaters. I would still call them because for the most part the service has been satisfactory."

"I called Remedy at 7:30am to request a new toilet installation, and they were able to get it done the same day at a very reasonable price. The technician took his shoes off before entering the house and kept his mask on the entire time. He was professional and courteous, as was the office personnel I spoke with. They removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, processed the paperwork, and disposed of the old toilet, all in less than an hour. "Kap did a great job all around. I originally had him come out to assess why the water heater wasn't working (no hot water). He determined that the unit (15 years old) needed to be replaced. He also pointed out that the system is not up to code and some extra work would be required. I asked if he would be able to do the new install and asked if he could do it sooner than later, as cold showers for days (even one more) would not be fun. He ended up coming back out same day - about 6pm - with all parts and the new unit. He stayed until 11pm! to get the job done. Kap is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, professional, and very nice person. Highly recommend."

They tried to pull the new line through but were unsuccessful so they eventually had to trench through my yard to install the new copper line. In order to do this, they did have to cut through my concrete driveway which I had to get patched. After some adjustments were made with the new water pressure valve the system works great."

"This company was very professional. The communication with the office about arrival times the best I’ve ever had with any company previously. The technicians were top notch experts, they explained everything in detail, they provided options that were adjustable to my needs. The only thing that was truly a downside was the cost. I felt the cost of the labor and the markup on the items being installed was on the high side. The quality of work was top notch. I had both electrical and plumbing work done. Two separate technicians were scheduled a day apart to handle the work. The electrician installed 4 GFCI outlets (one was an alarm sounding outlet on the sump pump), 5 regular outlets, 1 light switch, 2 smoke alarms, a new breaker in the box, and a surge protector on the breaker box. He also checked the polarity on all the outlets and found three that were wired with reverse polarity and corrected them. Cost $2,500. The plumber replaced an outside faucet, replaced the pressure reducing valve on the main water line, replaced a main water shut off valve, installed hammer arrestors on the washing machine water lines and replaced the lines. Cost $2,100."
