We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. "58 Foundations completed a waterproofing in my basement due to water coming in underneath my foundation. I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of this company. After I first reached out to them for an estimate, I was given information to review even before the gentleman came out to look at my basement. I appreciated the detailed communication regarding who would be coming to my house and when. The estimate was low pressure and detailed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of the water leak and the repair. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or pressured into an expensive repair that I may not need. Once I decided to go with 58 Foundations, a date was set for the repair. On the schedule day, three gentlemen were at my home at the time that I was told they would come. From there, the work was completed smoothly, competently, and professionally. The cleanup was impeccable and the job was completed in less time than estimated! The gentleman, Jubal, Trevor and DJ, were very polite and informative. My mother and I felt very comfortable with them and for two women living alone, that is extremely important. We kept hearing noises in our attic at night so I contacted Classic Wildlife Control.  Doug came out the next day and went into the attic to see if he could determine what was going.  He came down after roughly twenty minutes.  He said that we had a raccoon that had made our attic his home.  He should me a picture of the animal in the attic.  Doug set two traps on out roof.   Each came back each week day for almost three weeks to check the traps, reload them with bait if needed, and go into the attic to see if the raccoon was still there.   After a week of not catching the raccoon, Doug set a third trap which was placed in the attic..       

After two weeks on a Friday, there was no signs of the raccoon in the attic.  Doug said he felt sure that the raccoon had left the attic since his space was no longer safe due to a human (Doug) coming close to him daily but he wanted to leave the traps set over the weekend just to make sure.  He said that if we did not hear the raccoon over the weekend and was not caught in the trap, we could feel confident that it was gone and that he would seal and repair the soffit that the raccoon had damaged where it was going in and out.

We did not hear the raccoon over the weekend.  When Doug came back on Monday and did not find any signs of the raccoon, he removed the traps and repaired the soffit.  He brought me an invoice the next day and only charged me for repairing the soffit which was only a small portion of his initial estimate.  He did not charge for setting the traps and coming back each day to check them although I expected him to charge what he estimated the cost would be since the raccoon was gone.  He said that he was comfortable with not billing the full estimated amount since the raccoon was not caught.  I did not care if it was caught or not as long as it was no longer in my attic!   I paid him more than the invoice was for although it did not come close to what his estimate was for.  He said that he was happy if I was happy so we ended up both being happy!

I found Doug Estes to be an extremely polite and honest man that was very professional in all areas.  I highly recommend Doug and his company, Classic Wildlife Control.  If we have any other animal issues in the future Classic Wildlife Control is the only company that I would consider calling.
