We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. "58 Foundations completed a waterproofing in my basement due to water coming in underneath my foundation. I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of this company. After I first reached out to them for an estimate, I was given information to review even before the gentleman came out to look at my basement. I appreciated the detailed communication regarding who would be coming to my house and when. The estimate was low pressure and detailed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of the water leak and the repair. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or pressured into an expensive repair that I may not need. Once I decided to go with 58 Foundations, a date was set for the repair. On the schedule day, three gentlemen were at my home at the time that I was told they would come. From there, the work was completed smoothly, competently, and professionally. The cleanup was impeccable and the job was completed in less time than estimated! The gentleman, Jubal, Trevor and DJ, were very polite and informative.
