"Norbert and Adam are wonderful to work with. At a time when it’s difficult to find contractors who do what they say they’ll do, Norbert stands out… he and his crew are a joy rather than the typical headache! And their work—it’s just beautiful. Referred to us by a trusted friend (who also has a review here), we saw the quality of his work and hired them for a shed foundation with paver trim. We were so happy we hired him again to redesign our house’s front entry stairs, and stamp our front walkway, driveway lamp posts, and house foundation. It came out better than we could have hoped and enhanced the curb appeal of our house tremendously. Next, we wanted to raise a stone wall to help hide a home generator we had installed. This is where Norbert really excelled. He knew that we needed to reinforce the wall to support the generator… and he was right! They built a new one out of concrete, with french drains, to both support and hide it. As soon as we finished that, we planned our next project… a new stamped concrete driveway to replace our old asphalt one. They just finished it last week and it’s a WOW! "When I first contacted Brian about repairs to my siding, he was responsive and came out and met me. At the time, I loved him. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and proposed a reasonable course of action to attempt repairs on my siding before replacing anything.
A week or two later, I started calling the Neponset Valley Construction office to schedule the work. I left messages both with the person who answered the phone and with Brian's voicemail 4 or 5 times and never received a call back.
Then my wife did the same, again never receiving a call back.
Finally, my wife left a message noting that we had seen a recommendation for this company on Angie's List, were disappointed by the lack of any response when we were trying to schedule work, and that we would be leaving a review on Angie's List and moving on.
Brian almost immediately called my wife back on her cell phone leaving an angry message about us "threatening" them -- ironically, it seems that promising to leave a review that reflected our experience WAS the ONLY thing that got their attention!
Since we had still liked Brian's recommended approach, we called him to smooth over any bad feelings and agreed to try to schedule the work. That call was great! But...
...Brian immediately became non-responsive again. Multiple calls and text messages went unresponded to. Eventually, he suggested that he could fit us in in mid/late November. A ridiculous time frame, but we still tried to schedule a concrete date.... and we were ignored AGAIN.
We gave up and found someone else who came to visit our house, proposed repairs, and performed the repairs within 2 weeks. 
Despite Brian's obvious knowledge and talent, he is not worth the headache of trying to deal with him. I recommend you find someone else. Good luck!"
