He vacuumed the top of my kitchen cabinets, patched the kitchen walls which had been damaged when I'd replaced the counter tops, sanded cabinet doors that were warped and had been rubbing together, and he even installed new hall light fixtures I'd purchased and unsuccessfully attempted to install myself.
