This company is a contractor for the local natural gas company and is the only company in the immediate area who repairs gas water heaters. I contacted the office in the morning and the technician had the repairs completed by 2:15 that afternoon. Hope, the lady in the office who took my call, kept me informed as to the approximate time of the technicians arrival. Once she had a more exact time she called to inform me. Mark, the technician, arrived at virtually the exact time Hope quoted. Mark is very familiar with this type of repair and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Mark stayed for approximately 30 minutes more to make sure the heater was going to work properly. I was impressed with how quickly the repairs were made. Mark cleaned and checked the burner and pilot light area along with making the repairs. I would certainly use this company again should the need arise. "Our technician, David, arrived within a couple of hours of our call. He was very conscientious in searching for the leak. He spent around 1 1/2 hours searching, making sure he got the correct spot. He used several instruments and methods in his search. When he was sure he found the spot, he assured us that the leak was within a foot of the spot he marked. He said when the plumber came and if he couldn't find the leak within arm's reach, to call him back, and for no additional cost, he would return to try to better pinpoint the spot. <br /> After the plumber came back to make the repair, he found the broken pipe not more than six inches from the mark. This resulted in minimal damage to the floor, allowing for an easy and inexpensive repair. <br /> We're grateful that David cared to do his job so well. <br />"

"Integrity Gas Services Inc did a perfect job. Frank is the main guy and he is the owner and he will come out any time of the day or night, 24 hours a day. You call that man wherever he is on the road, he will show up if you have a leak, you have a fear, you have a question or a worry and this man will tell you okay I am on this job but I will be there at 10pm sharp and he shows up. He did a lot of work for us and he went above and beyond what normally a gas person would do. We had a hot water pipe leak and we weren't sure where the leak was and they were showing up out of the ground because that is the way they did it in the 50s and this is a commercial property and he went in there and listed out the copper lines and he redid the copper lines and the hot water and cold water. He also came out in the middle of the night to put a complete new thermostat and burner in a 300 gallon commercial hot water heater and he got the right part and he saved me USD 3000, I paid him like USD 75 for that call. I depend on him totally and he showed us where the lines and pipes were and he put valves and the installation was professional, Frank is something else, I have never dealt with anybody who dealt with gas like him.
