"Initially, I had called another plumber to unclog a kitchen sink (my questions are posted in the plumbing section). This first plumber routed out the sink, but that caused more backup down the line which he then referred me to a specialist that could pressure wash the entire line ($600.00). This may sound like a normal thing to do, however the line is only 15 feet long and is assessable from under the cottage (something my first plumber did not investigate). "Marc was the consummate professional. He arrived when he said he would, took all necessary care in the preparation and execution of the work, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to meet our expectations. He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours.
