"I love, love, love my shower. My house is older, built in '59. It had an old, horrible tub/shower unit in a very small bathroom. Jacob removed without a scratch to the rest of the room. When all was installed, mess was cleaned up and bathroom and shower ready to use. Install went great, tackling unplumb walls and getting a good seal. Shored up the floor where water had weakened the sub-floor. And went the extra and got me a rain shower head. First Call Plumber has helped with a several issues and installs. "They had come a couple weeks ago when I was having issues with my coils freezing over due to low refrigerant level. Service call was already far less cost than any of the other local companies, and total bill ended up being $200 which was more than reasonable. He also provided a quote for replacement of the outdoor unit, and the A-coil in the furnace. Quote was so good, instead of waiting till next season, we opted to go ahead with the replacement now. Install took about 3 hours or so and went very well. Very courteous, punctual, and efficient. I definitely recommend."

"Jami didn't have an easy go of it with the water heater installation. The room has the furnace and water heater in it and it doesn't allow for one to be taken out without taking the other apart, to a degree. He and another guy handled it without any damage to the flooring, walls or ceiling. Yes, they had to raise the water heater that high to install it. After he left, I realized the faucet in the master bathroom wasn't working, so he returned right away. It was determined I needed a new faucet, so I went out and bought a new one and he returned at a later date and installed it, no charge. Jami is an honest guy and will do what it takes to get the job done right! I highly recommend him!!!!!"
