"It is not possible to sum up in a few words how happy and satisfied I am with Dry Tech Waterproofing. After a 2 year progressing problem with water in the basement and drainage outside from our sump pump, Dry Tech fixed everything in 3 days at a fair and reasonable cost. The crew was professional and experienced and knew how to solve all the problems. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone with similar water problems and have already referred them to my neighbor who has a similar situation. Many thanks to Dry Tech, 5 stars is not enough and 10 stars may be to little for the work they did. WE NO LONGER FEAR THE RAIN!!!!!!!!!! "We interviewed several waterproofing companies for installing a French Drain. We are in NE Philly where the water table is so bad. We get water in our basement with nearly every major rainstorm. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Ryan came out and did an inspection and showed us what our basement needed and what Dry Tech's installation would do. He answered a lot of questions and did great follow up with us, without being pushy on hiring his company. After meeting with other contractors, we gave them the job. The workers were thorough, courteous and professional. They took all the steps needed to cover and protect our things that were in the basement and cleaned up everything afterwards. The job took 2 days. While I can't YET state how great the drain works, I'm actually looking forward to the next big rainstorm"

"Excellent all around experience!!!!!!!! After a series of storms and gradual water soaking our basement carpet several times, I finally called Waterproofing One in April, 2017 after seeing their ad several times on our St. Basil's church bulletin. I spoke initially with the owner-Joe who was helpful and he dispatched Dave Cook who came over within an hour. Dave Cook has been in this business and related utility engineering previously for over 30 years and really knows his stuff. Dave was extremely thorough, spending time in the basement, looking at some pictures I took of the damage and spent a considerable amount of time walking around the exterior of my property and reviewing the landscaping where most problems start. Dave wrote up a report of what work was needed including extending downspouts, recommending we have our contractor add a louvered door at the top of the steps for aeration (a great idea given no windows in basement) , waterproofing the well water closet walls, spraying impacted area for potential mold, and installing a new French drain and sump-pump system with battery backup. Gene and his crew then came over on May 17, 2018 and performed the construction and installation work and did a great job. Those guys worked extremely hard in what is inherently a muddy line of work and were very courteous, professional and left the basement very clean. Gene took extra time to show us exactly what they were doing as they drilled holes into the lower cinder block walls, laying of the perforated pipe and some of the damp mold on the wooded studs he extracted at the impacted area. We paid exactly what Dave originally quoted! Dave Cook came back checked on things and made some other recommendations including adding stones around the foundation outside and in holes to avoid soil erosion and soften the acceleration of rain water into the ground. Once the work was finished and our carpenter redid the walls and painting, We had subsequently refinished the basement with high end vapor/mold resistant padding from Mohawk and a quality polyester carpet. 15 months later and here we are on September 30, 2019 after 50+ rain storms since installation and NO WATER nor Mold issues in the basement!!! We are really enjoying our basement again thanks to WATERPROOFING ONE!!!! 5-STARS!!!!!!!!"

"They had to work with my cement guy, where they initially installed my drains above my driveway and in front of my garage door, but the drains were not installed leveled to my soon to be installed driveway. They did come back, to re-level the drains, as the cement guy needed, but they did not secure (cement) the drains in place as required (their job). When it rained hard, all of the drains shifted and fell over, due to them not securing the drains in place! I contacted them about this, but got no resolution or returned call!! They were supposed to use cement to secure them in place, noting that after they are installed, you have to wait several days for the cement under the drains to settle/cure in place. I did not know the above had happened, until there was a bad rain, noting that it had been raining softly for several days , but when it rained hard, this is what happened! Thank GOD the cement guy was willing to correct the above, at no additional cost to me, since I was having a problem with ?Zoom? communicating with me, to correct their negligence!! Please note that they did a good job installing the pipes under ground, but not so good securing the grates in place!! They were very friendly also."

"Ben was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and gave us the best scenario to have township respond to sewer issue on a Sunday (call 9-1-1 to dispatch Public Works.) The relief when we followed his instructions saved our house. That and owning a pool pump, which we used in the utility tub, to suck the water outside. Otherwise we'd be a foot deep in sewage. A good ending to an awful situation. Thank you to Ben, and Zoom Drain, for your suggestion to resolve our issue by referring us to the local township."

"Tyrell did an excellent job correcting the mistakeS of the people who installed my basement waterproofing equipment. There was a terrible rotten egg smell and that's gone now. Tyrell cleaned up after himself, if any water spilled he made sure to vacuum it up and to dispose of everything in the proper place."
