"They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice."

"Ive been using Terry for anything plumbing related since 2012. I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. Love him and happy to have him to call or text whenever I need him. Also, always works me in fast even with my difficult schedule. :)"

Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. "I hired them to install a heater in my garage, including running electrical. They had to cut drywall. They didn?t clean up an of the floor prior to leaving, having left dust and debri on the floor. I wanted them to also install/replace some switches and outlets in my home, which I not had time to do. I decided, based on the job they did in the garage, that I would not have them do the other work I requested. I am hoping they actually did the electrical correctly, as my heater has now tripped the breaker since the install. I would probably not use them in the future for other services if needed. "
