He basically rebuilt most of the floor in the master bedroom of my Ferndale house. Old subfloor and rotted joists were removed and replaced by new wood supported on solid concrete. He also added insulation and brand new flooring. It was a huge project. Gary took a loose and bouncy floor and made it rock solid. "A pleasant gentleman named Dave came to the house on 3/28/14. He inspected the gutters and noted an area of rotting wood on a dormer. I was to receive an estimate as to what would be covered by the $99 Angie's Deal and what would be the price for fixing the dormer as well. The estimate was to be sent by email. I called him on 4/2 and he said the estimate would be forthcoming. I called him again today and he said he'd get the estimate to me. I have yet to see the estimate. My interactions with Dave were positive. RAM may deliver good service. This may have been a problem with communication within the company. I haven't received the estimate. I've lost confidence and wish a refund."
