"The installers were very professional, answered any questions that I had. The rooms where the windows were replaced were as clean as they were before installation. The outside noise level was noticeably quieter and I am sure that my energy bills will be lower."

"They showed up when scheduled and fixed the window. The whole repair was pretty quick. After getting a few quotes, I felt their pricing was very fair. I also had a hard time finding many companies that do window repair, without just replacing the whole window (for a lot more money). I was happy to find H & W could actually do window repairs and not just new installs."

"Our experience with All American Exteriors was so good that we had them out three times! Greg Wooten is a wonderful and honest man. My husband did his research on the type of windows we wanted which were PGT. He went online to see where we could find PGT windows and that search led us to Greg Wooten at All American Exteriors. Our first purchase was to replace all the bedroom windows in our home as we had builder-grade windows and they were awful. Once we had them installed, we decided to replace all the windows in our home. We loved the windows that much! Later, we decided that we wanted to replace the sliding glass doors. We just completed that project today. The installers are great. The windows are great. Greg is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. Honestly, if you need windows replaced, you don't need to look any further. If we came back 3 times, this company is doing something right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"We were very pleased with the job Larry performed. He was meticulous and the windows look fantastic. In fact, I told him I had to check to make sure he put the screens back on the lanai windows because they were so clean. :) I am so happy we hired him. Would absolutely recommend him and hire him again."

"I contacted Chuck Bailey Installations, Inc. on Monday and they came out the very next day to do the work. My experience was wonderful and hassel free. Both men were extremely courtious, knowledgable and professional. My husband and I have lived in the Central Florida area for close to forty years and we would highly reccomend this company. <br />"

"I called Kevin for a quote and he responded the same day. Still the glass was insulated it took 2 weeks, after the two weeks I called Kevin to set up a install date. He told me that one of the windows had broken. It took another week to have the windows installed, I don't blame Kevin for this mishap but I do blame the glass company that he uses. I will definitely use Kevin again."

"Fantastic, as always ! We love doing business with A-Lynn's Window Repair, and have been using them for over 11 years for our rental house and our main home in Bay Hill ! Prompt, polite, professional, precise, and reasonably priced considering the aggravating nature of windows and sliding glass doors when they malfunction. They fixed our windows and sliding glass door to " like-new " condition !! We will always use this AWESOME service, and most highly recommend them for any and all window repairs !"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Orlando, FL

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
