"I called Kevin for a quote and he responded the same day. Still the glass was insulated it took 2 weeks, after the two weeks I called Kevin to set up a install date. He told me that one of the windows had broken. It took another week to have the windows installed, I don't blame Kevin for this mishap but I do blame the glass company that he uses.
