Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. He took the steps necessary to access the leaky line and also replaced the spigot. He was pleasant, professional and charged a reasonable fee for the repairs. "I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours.
