"Victor Rivera did a great job of coordinating the project and acting as my main point of contact. The field crew who did the work were professional and knowledgeable, they worked really hard, and did a great job overall, particularly the foreman Alonso and his right hand man Joey. I would definitely recommend them for any foundation repair."

"I would highly recommend BS & T Concrete. Extremely happy with my driveway! I received a quick response to my initial request for quote, including giving me useful links (Concrete 101) and additional resources (recommendations to other contractors). All my questions and concerns were answered prior to and throughout the project - excellent communication! BS & T Concrete are very well organized and have an utmost attention to detail. I was very impressed!! Everyone at BS & T Concrete went the extra mile (cleanup, extra important details, etc); not to mention all were qualified, punctual, professional and dedicated to the project. Thank you so much BS & T!!!"

"From start to finish working with Louis and his team was great. The finished product looks great, and we have no complaints. The individuals who tore off the old roof and installed the new metal roof were on time and went straight to work, kept everything picked up and clean at the end of each day. anytime i had questions Louis was available to answer them in a professional manner. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement."

"Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Oro Valley, AZ

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
