"It was easy to reach a live person on my first call. I was able to schedule the service on my first call. The plumber arrived at the time he was scheduled. He identified and fixed a very difficult issue with my older water heater. I have had them on two other jobs, and I find that they listen to my description of the issue and are always very kind and polite. They were very careful to wipe their shoes before entering the home and I appreciated that because I have light carpets."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. The work that they did proved to be good one and I see that in my monthly bills. It was a 2 weeks work and I am completely happy with my decision to hire them."

When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. "Mike did a beautiful job on repairing the cabinet door that was split lengthwise. He put it back together and reattached it to the cabinet. The quality was excellent. I also had an old wooden chair that had a split seat. He put it together and it seems to be good. I needed a counter tile replaced and he went out and found a similar tile and grouted it in. Very nice job. Thank you!"

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
