"We came in from camping to find the AC had gone out in 110 degree weather in July.  The Stand Up Guy at Gallaghers was very prompt, very professional and wanted to sit us down at the kitchen table BEFORE he ever looked at the unit.  It was a 100.00
service charge to diagnose the problem.  We made it very clear that all we wanted was for the AC to work.  He diagnosed the
problem as a bad circuit board and said he could make us comfortable that day for 1000.00 because he had one in his truck.
Since we had been camping I told him we could get a 2nd opinion and sleep in the guest house.  Repairman #2 fixed the problem in about ten minutes and only charged us the service call...  I have delayed entering this information because I kept thinking the AC would go back out.  The repairman at Gallaghers either didn't know what he was doing, or he knew exactly what he was doing if they get paid on commission.  Either way it cost us 100.00 for the experience.

"We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work!
