His son works with him and he is also very well educated as far as understanding the system. So, I have just have confidence in them. I do not get a run around like I had from others. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
