"Shaja arrived on time/early, and performed the annual furnace check before winter. All electrical components and some minor cleaning performed. It’s not as involved as the spring check with the AC/compressor, but I appreciate how AccuTemp keeps my unit in tip-top shape. Shaja was very professional and explained everything she would be doing beforehand and gave her finings to me afterwards. Some minor ductwork to be repaired or replaced at some point. I also appreciate AccuTemp being able to accommodate around my work schedule with either an AM or PM slot. They used to not offer such, and now I don’t have to take an entire day off work to meet them. I hope to see Shaja on my next cleaning in the spring, as I really like how thorough she is and the time she takes explaining everything. A price wasn’t posted for the service since I’m enrolled under AccuTemp’s Gold Service Plan which includes seasonal inspections."

"I called him and told him I was having problems with my A/C. He came right away told me what my problem was. He was very informative about my options on what needed to be done. He changed out my whole unit the next day. I couldn’t have asked for better work to be done or customer service, and very affordable. He will be the only one I use for my A/C needs from now on. Highly recommend"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service were top-notch. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. They didn’t just fix the problem — they went above and beyond to ensure the entire system was running efficiently. Their team is knowledgeable, courteous, and truly cares about their customers. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship, fair pricing, and honest communication — but Gator Heating and Air does exactly that. If you’re in need of reliable heating and air conditioning service in the area, I highly recommend Gator Heating and Air for all your HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance needs. They’re the kind of company you can trust to get the job done right the first time"

"Red Stick Air does great job every time I've had them out. The quality of their work is excellent. They respond immediately to my phone calls whether I call during the day or at night. The service guy that came out was punctual and very professional. A nice guy. I have no complaints.

"I called because our furnace fan on one side was not working. Someone came out that day (even though it wasn't necessary because it was a pretty warm day). The tech found the problem, ordered the part and came back as soon as it was available. Besides the good service, I had another issue. I usually purchase an annual maintenance agreement from TMI and this year, either forgot or didn't get a reminder, so I didn't have the agreement, which allows for a discount on any parts, as well as tune up service twice a year. The Company allowed me to purchase the agreements retroactive and applied the discount on the part needed to fix the furnace. Nice thing to do...
