"My home is on a crawl space so when Chris, Mike And Jake got there they had to disconnect plumbing from water heater and softner then remove water softner to get to the rotted floor. Once floor was removed they noticed that some venting that went to the furnace had become unattached probably due to the rotten floor. They reconnected the venting to the furnace, reinforced the floor joists, put new flooring and linoleum. Had to re-plum the water heater, put the water softner back and re-plum it. These guys did an AWESOME job, they made a horrible mess look brand new it looks and works great. This was an all day job these guys worked really hard knew what they were doing and got the job done. I would not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew from Changes Unlimited for any remodel or repair I have in the future, they can do anything! "Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "Nick from PG Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and thorough when I called to have a broken toilet fixed. While he was there, I mentioned that my shower wasn’t getting very hot, and he immediately looked into the plumbing and fixed some of the settings. When checking the shower after making the adjustments, he noticed that the sink faucets were crooked and let me know that he could fix them easily, as well. I’ve also been wanting a reverse osmosis water filter for the whole house, which he said he could do, and even walked me through more affordable alternatives. The price for the reverse osmosis system was far less than I expected, so I ended up going with that. I decided to change the look of the faucets and shower head too, and he helped me understand what options I needed to look for in order to work with our plumbing and will be back to install them all. Everything was so easy and affordable, I will definitely be using PG Plumbing again in the future."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
