"Overall a good company. Had a few issues and I am still waiting to hear back on some of the issues that need to be resolved. When I put request in through home advisor and scheduled my first appointment I had to take time off work to be home for appointment window. The guy never showed. I called and he did call me back the next day and offered to come out a day later. He said he would offer a discount for the trouble. We originally called for a repair but after consulting with Patrick the rep, we ended up deciding to replace the both our garage doors. When the tech came to replace the garage doors he did a very good job although did not fix some of the wiring issues that I was having originally when I called. I have a call into the company and spoke with the office staff who said they would get back to me but have not heard from them yet. That was just a few days ago. I will update this review if they do resolve my issue."

My door got stuck in open position and I was trying to get someone to look at it. Kyle responded very quickly and was here within a day. He looked at the door, was not afraid to jump in. He identified the problem as an incorrect installation and was able to remedy the issue very quickly. He not only got the door working again but better than ever!
