The other company said they thought I had a more serious problem than a plugged drain. 2 men worked over 2 hours to try and determine the problem. After much effort, because it was such a mess, they determined that I have a broken pipe underground. They did everything possible to help me. 2 men and 2 trucks came 80 miles round trip, and all he charged me was for a service call. It should have been 3 times that much. The owner of the company offered to come back for FREE, when I am ready to have the outside dug up to replace the pipe, to offer any assistance to whoever does the work.
