Get matched with top central a/c installers in Otter-creek, FL

"We had Sunshine Construction install a brand new central A/C system at our home, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. Charlie was our main point of contact and made the whole process easy to understand, super communicative, responsive, and professional. Troy led the install crew and did an amazing job. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and the system has been running flawlessly ever since. Customer service was top-notch, the team showed up on time, explained every step, and treated our home with care. I’d recommend Sunshine to anyone looking for HVAC work done right the first time."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"They fit me in their schedule the next day, and fixed the problem right away.
I've used them a handful of times now, and always been satisfied. They have helped keep a couple of old A/C systems running beyond their time, and installed a complete new system for me. I've tried  a couple other companies, and felt fortunate if they even answered their phone. Core Mechanical of Summerland Key has always been responsive and always fixed my A/C problems right the first time.

"It took several weeks after my initial call to get the job done. There was a hurricane and Seth had a leg injury which caused some delay, and he was extremely busy. I bought this deal because I wanted my tv to hang on the wall without dangling wires. I was not alerted that I needed an electrician to have already installed an outlet. Because I was not told this, I didn't have one. As a result, the wires were showing. I asked what to do to make it look better and he suggested wire wrap from Home Depot. He didn't have any with him, so I ran to the local store to get some while he was there so he would have to install it, not me. It improved the appearance, however I would have had to do that myself if I hadn't lived close to a store."

"Our panels are installed and working fine. Matt was a wonderful counselor and helped us understand the procedure …. He is a very nice guy!"

"These installers are great! Ethan and Sam and Paul. Ethan even got a kiss from Rowan. They installed a downstairs 4 ton and an upstairs 3 ton air handlers plus the two heating units. So professional!"

"it went out very good, i was advise to replace the fan pf the central air very soon."

"They did a fantastic job on the install. I will be using and recommending them to everyone I know. Quoted me a price and there were no add-ons , charged exactly what he quoted. Even though the duct work we initially had was too small. He replaced the duct work."
