His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. "After first talking to Earl on the phone I had some initial reservations, but my concerns were quickly addressed and an appointment was set.  Earl was quickly able to tell us that we our black wire was hot, but it turns out that one of our white wires, behind an entertainment center was apparently either loose or just baring touching and must have been arcing because it had been burnt black. He was quickly able to strip it down and reattach it. The whole experience went very smooth and Earl is a great guy.

"There wasn't anything that we disliked about them. I felt very comfortable with the men that they sent, with the job that they did, and they worked full. The big deal was half day of labor, or something, and they finished the first part of it, and started on something else, which was good. We had them come back to do something else. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding on the second part of the job, and each group thought the other group was coming, but we ironed that out."
