"I had the need to replace an outside spigot that had split due to freezing. LJ gave me a call at 11:30 to set up an appointment. Kyle was out at 2 pm and was finished by 3 pm. He did excellent work and the replacement spigot works perfectly! KC Metro Plumbing was less than half the bid I had received earlier in the day, and they had it replaced in the same day! Will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs!"

"Great work! LJ contacted me immediately and job was scheduled for three days later per my request. His son Kyle did the work. Arrived on time and was very professional. Turns out the leak under dishwasher was coming from pipes under kitchen skin. Kyle replaced the pipes and a new faucet/sprayer. All reasonably priced--compared to other big plumbing companies. He cleaned under the dishwasher and removed a stain on kitchen sink. I highly recommend. Will be using them again for sure in the future and have already recommended to friends. Kept me informed all the way through the process. Replaced a broken line in the laundry room floor. Had to jack hammer up the concrete, hand dig, and replace pipe, then finish by replacing concrete on floor. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 1pm. The cost did not increase because of the extra effort that was involved due to the drain pipe being only inches away from the water supply line. We had a list of several electrical projects we needed done: (1) a bedroom wall switch replaced (2) 2 lights added to our basement (3) a kitchen fluorescent fixture re-wired to accept LED lighting (4) a bathroom fan replaced and (5) an outlet with a dedicated circuit installed in our garage for the control box of a sprinkler system. The team of Todd and Tyler arrived at our house at the appointed time and got right to work. All of the work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. They were actually able to replace the motor in the old bathroom fan, which was less expensive than replacing the entire fan, and that was fine with us! The invoice was very clear about what work was done and we got a nice discount because we are ASAP members.
