"Very friendly guy with plenty of experience. Did a great job replacing our water heater."

"The gentleman that came to my house was very nice, very professional, but I was charged $200.00 to replace the water hoses on my water heater with maybe $5.00 worth of PVC pipe......yes, they made a huge profit on this job. The next day I discovered a leak in a whole new location which didn't exist before he came. It's disappointing to say the least."

"Brodway was there when I needed a water heater replaced same day at a reasonable price."

"Very responsive after my first contact. Job completed two days later. Everything was done correctly to install a new RHEEM water heater to replace original to house intalled 19 years ago. Helpful technician and carefully installed. All good."

"Seth Davis and Justin installed a tankless water heater today. Everything was explained during the installation. They did a great job! I highly recommend them to anyone."

"Minuteman responded within minutes of my call for an emergency. Our water heater went out in our new home which meant we had no hot water. I had a call from them within minutes of my inquiry and then a follow up call scheduling the appointment for Monday. I called them on Saturday. I got a return call that said they would be able to come out on Sunday. A technician was at my home on Sunday to do a detailed diagnosis and then returned on Monday to do a complete replacement of our tankless water system. Additionally, since there was so much work, he returned on Tuesday to complete the job and cancelled a personal appointment to make it happen. I was very pleased with their wok and value."

"Our toilet had been making a loud noise when filling up and finally stopped working completely. We had a very small window when we could be home to have it repaired, and Jorge arrived on time. He replaced the hardware inside the tank and made sure it was working properly before he left. We have used him for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism.
