"We are very happy with the work that Bath Planet did with our recent bath-to-shower conversion. Sheldon is a great worker and did all of this amazing work HIMSELF. The job included removing a 1920s-era cast iron bathtub, replacing the subfloor, and installing the shower panels, fixtures, and glass doors. He is a quality craftsman and it looks excellent. The only small problem was a leak which we found during our first use of the shower. Sheldon came out later that same day and fixed it -- all is dry (where it's supposed to be!). "They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."

"We ran into a problem with the wrong faucet type being written down on our order. Unfortunately, we didn't catch the mistake until after the job was completed. ReBath did the right thing and promptly came back, ripped out the brand new wrong parts and replaced them with the faucet and spout we had originally ordered. This could have gone so wrong but the people at ReBath, especially their salesperson, proved to be honest, trustworthy and competent.
