"Great customer service and quick response time. They had someone to me in hours during an emergency and fixed the problem in the same day. I would request Joe Winchester if you can. He was professional, kind, and didn't quit until the problem was solved. I wouldn't think twice to call Done Right Today again. "

"Great! Joe was very responsive, we sent him the pictures and described the plumbing issues we were having. He was able to provide us the estimate quote and came out to fix the issue within 1 day. No more leakage."

Customers say: Quality work

"This company repaired a leak caused by a contractor error. We paid them and submitted to contractor to submit to their insurance company. Service Today will only provide a lump sum invoice which insurance company will not accept. They must have their reason for not providing a proper invoice, or providing invoice notes as stated on invoice. Overcharging? Shady company!"

"Tom is a genius and a miracle worker. He was able to diagnose our "slow flush" problem and repair it in a half hour. He was able to address the cause of the malfunction; much to our relief, as we thought we might have to have a new toilet installed or a much more complicated repair. Tom also came out to our home before the start of his official workday, to make sure that the issue was handled immediately. THANK YOU, TOM!!"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Oxford, PA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
