"They were very involved in the whole process from design to construction. The installation was flawless. HOWEVER, while technically beautiful, the bookshelves / credenza construction was delayed 6+ months and despite this we decided to continue the project. Finally, literally after 2 days a metal grille installed was accidentally bent and he REFUSED to send someone to fix it and wanted us to remove and give to him. For such a large project this is very disappointing."

Phil was our designer and everything was picked out and set before we signed the contract. Work started by the team of Carlos and Ronnie right on time.
