A couplle of parts were necessary and Josue rea[laced the parts and cleaned the outdoor unit. He took pictures of the unit and the parts replaced. AC works great! Still, he was able to swing by to take a look early the next morning, order the part and I was up and running almost immediately. Whew! I was entirely at his mercy (price-wise) as everyone was desperate for technicians and I would have paid double anyway just because he came so quickly while I was melting. But he is too nice a guy! His sense of fairness matches his professionalism and I found what he charged to be very reasonable under any circumstances, let alone desperate ones.
