"My garage door stopped opening or closing, and my first call was to Infinity Garage Door and Gate. I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed. A bonus is that with the new rollers he installed, the door is much quieter when opening or closing. I would definitely recommend Jaime and Infinity Garage doors and would not hesitate to use them again."

"This is more for sears system than the technician alone. I ordered the garage opener online, and paid for service to install. I got an email saying that I will get a call to schedule the installation within the next day. Since this was my 1st time using sears for any installation and we really needed the garage door to work soon so I went ahead and called them. After 30 min hold, some one picked up the phone and told me the installation order was canceled because they don’t have my address on file. So they have to re-order and we have to wait 2 days more. The technician is very professional but keep in mind that there’s additional charges if your garage door is not in conditions for them to install or your warranty will be voided."
