"I have used About Green twice in the past 3 years. Our backyard has a lot of trees and very tall tree-type hedges. Since it was a major part of the reason we bought the home, we want to maintain the health of the landscaping back there. Vince and his team scaled and thinned/trimmed a couple very tall redwood trees, removed an unhealthy leaning tree and trimmed/maintained many other trees on our property. Vince is a pleasure to work with and very friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable in all of the trees that we have and suggests what service to do on each type of tree based on his knowledge of each. He explains it very clearly to us who don't know much about the subject. His work is quality and his goal is 100% customer satisfaction. On this last visit, they spent a few hours trimming a tree-type hedge and when I came home from work, I wanted it around 3 feet lower. Even though it meant repeating the work for a few hours, Vince did it without any argument. To me, that was a true test of customer satisfaction. They complete the work in a timely manner, over a 2 day period. They cleaned up the yard like new and disposed of a ton of trimmings (never seen so much in my life). I never even consider another tree service besides About Green. I plan to have him come out after summer to suggest some landscaping ideas as I haven't used him for that before.."

They matched the existing pattern and had to take into account the slope and lift of the existing patio (it's 20 years old!) in making the bricks fit seamlessly. Of the three bids we received, Federal was the best, so that, combined with excellent references here, gave Federal the job. Jose Argueta is the point man and Construction Manager for Federal. We have nothing but praise for his responsiveness and professionalism during this whole process. The job was completed over about four working days, and Jose was on site a good portion of the time directing the work of others, as well as cutting and laying pavers."

"Right before I left to LA, around March 2014, I had this company come and do some work for me in my old property in Sunnyvale (Bay Area). The "Good Fellas" are indeed act similar to their name. We began with small renovation. They replaced the toilet and changed the location of the bath so that we can put a Jacuzzi. Two months later we remodeled the bedroom, and then took down the walls of the kitchen. The cost was around the lower $50K. They did work for us for the past 2 years. At first we had a great foreman named Ron, great results. From our understanding Ron was promoted and was replaced with Adam - A very professional young man. They take every client & their project personally like he is the most important person on earth. I did not expect that, at least from a construction company. I would defiantly use them for my projects in LA and recommend them to anyone!"
