"We were not able to open the door at all hence both of our cars were locked in -- on a Sunday. We called and they said the repair person would arrive in an hour and they were right on time. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) Here is what they did: HD Extended Cycle Torsion Spring *Replaced 2 Torsion springs 218x25 *Balanced & lubricated door, track & rollers *Performed a visual safety inspection of operation *Installation and labor included All parts are guaranteed for 3 years (unless otherwise stated) and labor for 1 year. We were very satisfied with the work. There was a $100 emergency fee but we expected that and really could not let the work wait until Monday."

"It was easy making an appointment. The office staff was helpful and I had a choice of days and times. Appointments are set for a 2-hour window and the technician called one-half hour before arriving.
Part of the work was covered by a local online coupon and part was a repair. The technician, David, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and competent at the job and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't know how he would solve the problem of the bracket, which was installed by another company. The replacement looks like it will last as longer than my house lol. "The technician showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process for installing the garage door opener.  The initial installation of the garage door went well.  However, upon the completion of the installation the technician proceeded to demonstrate the operation of the door when a malfunction of the garage opener occurred resulting in damage to my new garage door.  The technician immediately notified his supervisor who quickly acknowledged responsibility for this mishap.  I was informed as to the reliability of this particular garage door opener and this unfortunate incident had never occurred in the past.
