"Our backyard drainage is so poor that even a small rain caused our yard to become a swamp. After fighting this for nearly twenty years we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a professional company to design a drainage solution that would permanently dry up our yard. We invited two highly respected companies to design solutions to fix our yard. Both companies were major operators in our area and had stellar reviews. We left the designs up to each company and ultimately chose Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC. Adrian met with us and spent the time to really understand our requirements, not only to solve the drainage but also create an attractive element in our landscaping. Their crew was very professional and respectful of our property and clearly took pride in their work. The final design was a fairly complicated combination of open and covered French drains all leading to an existing underground stormwater management system. The crew, led by Renee’, took great care in executing the design as well as modifying it as necessary to integrate into our existing underground infrastructure, i.e., sprinkler system, gas line and downspout/sump pump drains. These guys knew what they were doing and made sure we were informed of any issue that they encountered and their proposed solution. Our yard was in great hands. They even took the time to hand lay each river stone that covered the open French drains resulting in a very attractive addition to the landscape. Once everything was fully installed, the crew went the extra mile to clean up any mud or dirt left in the grass and left our landscaping in better shape than they found it. We are extremely happy with the job that Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions did for us. They went the extra mile to make sure we were more than satisfied with their work. "I'd previously asked Backyard Ponds to clean and net my ponds the last week in September. I called the Friday before to find out when they could come, and they agreed to send their workers on Monday. They team arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional I walked them through what I wanted them to do. It was a complicated job; there were three ponds, and each pond required different care. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning. The workers left no debris on the job site. The company sent the bill in a timely manner, listing labor and materials so I would understand the charges. I would happily use them again!"

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."
