"BDC is professional, timely, and a great contractor to work with on a multi family level."

"I can’t say enough about the professionalism and timely manner that ace provided us. With such an expensive upgrade for a home it can really be frightening. After dealing with multiple roofing companies i thought this was going to be an impossible task and then we finally met, Samantha with Ace and within two weeks I had a brand new roof!! She walked us thoroughly through their process and had everything done correctly to the dollar that we were promised. She even helped with some interior service that wasn’t on our list!!! I’m still in shock and blown away by how incredibly easy this was. I have referred them to multiple people and they have had the same professionalism and work done without being over charged and jerked around because of the current demand for help. Rest assured they will exceed your expectations from beginning to end. I wish I had another roof to repair (just kidding) Thank you Ace for everything!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ?"

"Travis saved us a ton of money by giving us a straight answer on repairing the existing garage foundation versus tearing down and starting over with our detached garage. He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. We really appreciate his honesty and will certainly hire CNT Foundations when we start over on this old garage!"

"Very professional in all areas. An unbelievable ceiling repair followed by a excellent painting of the entire ceiling. Great communication,on time and courteous."

"EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED! Efficient. Professional. Competitive costs. Family owned and operated. We had an EV charger installed at my parents house. I was easily able to make all the arrangements over the phone because we live in VA but parents are in SC. The install was completed well under the estimated time. The technician had a small issue and caused very minor damage in the ceiling while running required wiring, but returned and made the repairs to my parents satisfaction with no other issues or concerns. I chose Mech Con LLC because their quote was nearly $1000 less than the other quote I had. When we used the charger for the first time, it would not charge. The company owner came out the very next morning to trouble shoot and we were able to charge. He also made recommendations about the recently installed solar panels on the house, which he did not have to do. We asked what other services they provide and will definitely use them for a couple other home improvement projects. ABSOLUTE professionals that we will DEFINITELY use again. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business."
