"I had an excellent experience with Richard Sean Construction. The company fully met my expectations and completed the work with great efficiency, professionalism, and quality. I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Richard Sean Construction! If you are looking for reliable, high-quality construction work, this is a company you can trust. I would definitely hire them again."

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"Zahir is by far the best contractor I’ve used. I’m a real estate agent and have crossed paths with many contractors over the years. After working with Zahir, I was sold! He’s VERY knowledgeable and his attention to details are amazing. I’ve worked with him many times. His last project was for my personal home where he and his team designed and built an outdoor kitchen. It was done to perfection, EARLIER than expected. How often does that happen with contractors??? I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of his work!"

"Larry and his team did a FANTASTIC job and were a pleasure to work with. They coordinated with the floor guys to make sure the work got done in a timely fashion while we were away. They even sent pictures as they repainted and re-wallpapered while we were on vacation. They finished on time and on budget. They even put sconces up for us in my sons room. If you are going to have your home painted this is who you should use. Just give them your keys and they will do a good job. Really professional and detail oriented."

"Everyone arrived on date and time proposed. Workmanship was professional and clean. Regina was marvel with her suggestions. I will hire them for our next home project whether it's painting, tiling or remodeling."

"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"Having mold in your home is a serious situation that can result in a number of health issues. Needless to say, when I discovered mold growing on the ceilings and walls of the home I’m renting I was very concerned. Titan Remediation was contacted to evaluate the situation and Chris came out the same day. He assessed my home and was able to identify the source of the moisture causing the mold within minutes. He quickly came up with an action plan to address the cause of the condensation, reduce the air moisture levels and treat the mold spores. The whole process took approximately 10 days, during which Chris consistently kept me updated on the progress. When all the treatments were complete, they even brought in a third-party testing company to ensure all mold sores had been removed. In addition to their amazing remediation services, Chris was also very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease that all the issues could easily be addressed and my house would be back to normal before I knew it. Finding a contractor that truly cares about the job they are doing, the home they are doing it in and the people they are doing it for is so rare. I can not recommend Titan Remediation and Chris enough. Hopefully this will be my last “mold situation” but if it isn’t, I have peace of mind knowing Titan is just a call away."

"Their pricing wasn't enough competitive. In general, the guy was pretty good and pretty responsive. He had some inaccuracies in his quote that I had to get corrected, just, he gave wrong pricing and I was surprised at the pricing on some windows and then he realized he made a mistake and he switched his pricing a couple of times and couldn't explain why. And then at the end of the day, it was more expensive. In general, he was good, I mean. And he certainly wasn't as expensive as a lot of other providers, don't get me wrong. It's just that he was probably a little bit better than average price. He was pretty responsive, even emails, when he was supposed to show up, he was here."
