"I purchased this service as a gift for my daughter.  What she wanted was to have the grout cleaned in both of her condo bathrooms -- shower and tub walls.
The advertisement was for grout cleaning so we assumed that any grout would be okay.  As it turns out, it was for floor tile only as they use a machine to do the work.
Irregardless, my daughter was completely satisfied with the work performed.  She reported that they were super friendly and accommodating.  They did their very best to clean the wall grout and did the floor grout too.  She said they were wonderful and she would definately call them first if she needs her grout cleaned in the future.

"I chose CTM Contractors based largely on their Angie's List reviews, and could not be more pleased. The owner, Mike, and his two-man crew did a beautiful job laying floor tiles in multiple rooms. They made my inexpensive tiles look like a million bucks. Mike is always easy to get in touch with, and both he and his crew are very pleasant to work with. All three of the bids I received were very close, and I chose Mike because he was the most prompt and professional, and provided the most detailed quote. I immediately felt confident that his work would be high quality. At the end of the project, they left their work areas even cleaner than they were in the first place. After such a great experience, I'm looking forward to hiring CTM again for my next tile project."

"Hes my preferred carpet cleaner for many years. Very reasonable, sometimes when I need to change a carpet, he changes it for me most of the time."

"They did a great job! My bathtubs look amazing and their staff was very helpful, courteous and professional"

"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo."

"They are great, quality is excellent. They are very polite, on time, clean up after themselves. The owner is a really nice guy. I would use them again."

"Lazo Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job, for a very reasonable price. We've actually had carpet cleaning done on a fairly regular basis, and I can say the job Lazo did exceeded that of any previous services/companies we've used. The carpets came out looking cleaner than they had after other times we've had them worked on. The special offer we purchased included doing several rooms, and so we chose to have our main living/great room cleaned (counted as a couple rooms because of sq footage) and master bedroom. He took his time and did a complete and thorough job, and we were quite pleased with the work done. Would highly recommend."

"Robert did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my house. He was very professional and showed up on time. I didn’t realize how dirty some areas were until after he had finished. He took extra time to make sure our stains were treated properly and worked them until they were invisible. I will use his service again and recommend him to all my friends and family."

"Fantastic. Work completed on time and on budget. These people are a pleasure."

"Everything went really well, and it was a very good experience.  The two-man crew did a very thorough job, they arrived on time, and the price was decent considering the scope of the work."
