Plumber kept me informed every step of the way. Was not expecting to have to spend that much but the unit is warranted for 100 yrs and 5 yrs for install. My suggestion to them is hire someone to do the drywall repair and include in project price."

"Last September, 2016 we had Service America Enterprise replace our air conditioning unit.  The price is hard to say because I didn't take any other estimates from other companies but them.  So I don't know what competing estimates would have been.  I think it was like $3400.  They were late in showing up.  I would use them again in the future but I don't know if it would be for air conditioning. "

He gave me a very fair price quote over the phone and we set an appointment for the following week. He sent me a text confirmation and said he would send a confirming text the night before the appointment which he did. He showed up at the designated time and did a great job. He completed everything in a professional manner and took great care to not make a mess anywhere or damage anything. He layed plastic where appropriate to catch all the dust and debris from the installation and cleaned up everything. In addition to being very professional he is a very friendly nice guy. I am having him come back to do the electrical for my kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend him."
