"This was the second time I have used Westbrook to service my air conditioner. I am very pleased with how honest and reliable the technicians are that work for this company. Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it. I will never use anyone else but Westbrook to service my air conditioner and furnace."

"A- Technician wasted time taking calls from other customers, while servicing my unit. Very unprofessional. B- Did not pressure washed the outdoor unit, claiming did not have a hose, like other pros have. My hose was too short, but he not even try. C- Did not check the entire ductwork system for air leakage and sanitize ductwork, using a infrared camera, as advertisement. D- The tech did not have shoe covers to avoid messing my clean floor with his mud and wet shoes, like other pros do. Ps: just because the price was low, the service should have been done as advertisement."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot;
When a friend's a/c stopped working and he couldn't get anyone to come to his house any sooner than 2 days out, I suggested that he call Hurm, based on my good experience. Not only was Hurm there within a few hours, they fixed the problem for less than another company had quoted.
Overall, they are an honest and professionally managed company. They won't do unnecessary work to drive up your bill. I highly recommend them.

"I could not be more pleased! Mike Young was able to do the work the day I called to set up an appointment, which was a pleasant surprise and probably not a usual situation. He arrived exactly when he predicated and was very personable and professional. He looked at the dishwasher, which was the main reason I called him, but then was willing to look at the other two projects listed. He talked over my options for all three, and gave me options for how he could fix things, always ensuring I knew what the least expensive choice was. The price was discussed prior to him starting work, and it was the exact price I paid when the work was completed, no changes or add-ons. Mike worked quickly and efficiently, and was quite willing to explain what he was doing and give me a very basic electrical education! We encountered a small mishap when the water line to the dishwasher disconnected, and he handled the situation well, quickly turning off the water supply, and cleaning up the small mess. He ensured that just the dishwasher was turned off, and that I had water everywhere else before he left. Although he attempted to reconnect the line, which is old and difficult to reattach, he was quite honest that he did not want to do a bad job, and leave me with a bigger problem if it disconnected again because he did not fix it properly. I greatly appreciated his honesty, since I have known some people to be more concerned about their reputation (leave a customer with a something broken - not good!) than with the potential harm to the customer. Mike was cheerful and friendly the entire time, did great work at a good price, educated me about electrical work, entertained me with stories about his family, and left me knowing that he will be the first and only person I will call when I need electrical work done."
