I was not disappointed. They were prompt, professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. They truly are masters of their craft. They went over everything with me from picking the right kind of tile to which grout and color is best in the room. There were quite a few difficult angles and they made everything so clean and symmetrical. I knew replacing the flooring would make the room look better, but it came out even better than I expected. Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work. "Jeff and Galaxy offer the best service I have ever received - thorough, professional, informative, FANTASTIC. This is a company that has an old-fashioned pride in its work. His prices are competitive and are an incredible deal when you consider how much BETTER their service is than many other cleaners. He also took the time to advise us on what was necessary and what really wasn't - all to save us money. (We were over a barrel, and he could have easily had us order all sorts of unnecessary work - but he is an honest man.) Jeff came to try to restore our home after a serious heating/duct problem had deposited soot in every room of the house, saturating several of the carpets -- and the wall to wall carpets are all beige and white. Not only did Jeff get the gunk out of all of them-- wall to wall and area rugs -- but he arranged to come back to get the one carpet that was too soaked with gunk to come completely clean the first time. After he did such a terrific job on the disastrous carpets, we had Jeff come and do all of the upholstery in the house. These are sofas and upholstered chairs that had survived 5 kids -- and Jeff made them look nearly good as new. He is great with kids, patient with dogs, and a delight to have in your home. Could not be happier and more grateful to him for restoring our home!"
