"Excellent service and the the installers were very knowledgeable about the options in water heaters . Gave me very good advice and information on the heater we chose. Installation was superior; I know a little about plumbing and was impressed with quality of the work and the parts. We were every pleased with the service although I was surprised at the cost."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"These guys are the best! I used them over the summer for an a/c check up, and they were so thorough, and friendly I had to use them again. The men arrived right on time were dressed well and very friendly. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and the equipment they were using. They cleaned up and very nicely and the service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again."

"Fixed in no time at all. Very friendly and professional. Two very nice guys. Arrived within 40 minutes of call."

"Experience with 3D Solar was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research and had financing lined up for the project before contacting 3D. I wanted a PV system large enough to produce enough power thru the year to offset completely or close to my entire power bill. The original company i was working with Vivint Solar wanted to charge 10k more for the same amount of Kw installed (10.44Kw). Ryan 3D sales/finance rep emailed me within 30 min of me requesting a quote. Within 3 weeks of initial contact my house was done. 3D exceeded my expectations and the entire team was great and professional, sales, financing, office staff, and the installation crew. I even had the owner of the company stop by the house while the crew was finishing up their install to check up on how things were going and to meet and talk with me about my experience. County inspections were done a day later and passed on first inspection. Now just waiting for duke to install a two way meter and reap the rewards of solar energy."

"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.

"The installation and clean up was very professional. The company promply responded to my queries. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to customer service is I have not received manual for this pump."
