He took the time to ask many critical questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis right away that indicated a possible issue with our original installation. Then even at a very busy time if the year when he could have just deferred, he offered to come out and verify what I had described and upon arrival he was exceptionally professional and thorough. We went through the history and situation surrounding our issue and instead of suggesting a complete replacement of our unit or even a partial but costly and inadequate repair, he shared a ton of knowledge and gave us advice on how best to proceed putting our needs first. While we did not ultimately need his service on this call, he has certainly earned my respect and will be our go to for future needs."

"The day after we got electricity back on after Hurricane Irma we were welcomed with an air conditioner that would not cool. Prestige arrived a few hours after calling them on a busy Sunday and quickly assessed the problem. By Monday morning comfort had returned. Although I expect every A/C company to show up and say the same thing "It'll cost $9,000 and 4 weeks to fix or we can sell you a new unit." In this case the unit was installed 14 years ago and it was truly time to move on. Prestige gave me a great price on a unit and got it installed right away. The cost for installing the faucet was at the higher end of the range for the area, but the overall price of the entire was well within range considering they had to remove the existing an existing toilet from the second floor.
