Since the purchase of our home everything went wrong with the builder and we had Steve come out and do the inspection. Steve is very professional and very knowledgeable and understands building codes and adheres to the codes not the builder. He knows exactly what to look for and we felt a sense of relief after he came to do the inspection. The office Manager Sheri is his wife and was very kind and helpful. "The design of the addition went very well with very few snags. Eric made a couple of visits to our home and discussed the many options available to build our custom addition. He went over aesthetics, cost options, materials, etc. When the construction began, he answered questions from the contractor about the design. He also inspected the construction, as part of an additional service, and provided detailed reports to the building contractor about items that were missing or not done correctly per plan.
