"The torsion spring in my roll-up overhead garage door snapped and broke with a horrific sound when I closed the door this morning. "At first, I called the wrong company by mistake - the wrong company serviceman opened the gate motor enclosure, told me that I might have to either fix the printed circuit board, or replace it, quoting $500 or $900 for a replacement board. They said they would honor their warranty, and they wondered how someone else would charge me $900 for a pc board that costs less than $500.
