"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"On Feb 15 2024 , a driver backed off his car right into the garage door in Berkeley , at 2 am. Sadly we had to sleep with the garage door open all night. First thing in the morning. My partner Mike called Justin from Dream bay garage door, after reading great reviews on Yelp and Angie, we decide to go for it Just got us taken care same day He was able to replace the whole door to a much nicer door. He went way out if his way to make us happy. By far the best home services we used but such a lovely person. Highly recommended. Price fantastic Service above that !! Quality 10 stars."
