"After much research including Angies List and talking to the individual companies we chose Kinetico Water Systems with offices in Bonita Springs and Venice. Venice is the location that serviced us. Answered all our questions, explained everything very well and office staff was very polite and helpful. Rick Kelly managed the project and everything happened exactly as promised. The installer came right on time, he looked neat and clean and very polite. Went right to work while answering any additional questions, explained the install before drilling through the thick concrete garage walls and did a beautiful installation. We are fussy how our garage looks too and he treated it like inside our home. When he was finished the garage was neat and clean and we've had a few visitors since then and all have remarked how nice the softener looks and it is not in the way at all."

"They have made many repairs and replacements over the years. We estimate we've saved $10,000 by having the warranty. They really have improved their service a lot over the years we've used them. They are really professional, now have an automated service line that routes us to the correct operator to help. One example was when our furnace went out and is was zero degree. Overall, we've been pleased and recommend them to others."
