"Excellent. Left message at office. Jimmy was able to come same day. He inspected food disposal and explained the leak. We ok'ed replacing the disposal. He left to buy new one at Fluvanna Ace Hardware, Returned promptly, and installed new one. Duration of service about 1 1/2 hours (including trip to Ace!) "Classic Granite and Marble (CGM) helped us through the process of replacing our countertops and upgrading our kitchen. Andrew and the rest of the team there were very helpful and informative. They assisted us in understanding our options, which materials were available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We choose granite as our best choice. CGM has a large number of selections available and was willing to walk us, literally, through their warehouse so we could look at and touch the options. They provided us with samples of those that we were interested in so that we could see what the stone looked like in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job. We felt like we had time to review and ask questions and did not feel rushed in any of the process. The job was very well done and looks beautiful. They also installed the sink that we bought, it all looks so nice. I want to thank the crew at CGM for a great job. After Mr. Moore explained where the problem appeared to be. he proceeded to excavate, After excavating in the area where Mr. Moore thought he would find the problem , he found the problem. "Great. The replacement fan I had purchased would have required Tom to cut a larger hole in the ceiling necessitating dry wall repair. Tom was able to find a new fan motor that fit in the existing hole avoiding the new to repair a larger hole. He was on time and professional and and competitive with regard to fist. I intend to use Tom again when I am in need of an electrician.
