"We called Pacini’s Tile Works for help with deteriorating grout in our kitchen and shower. Owner Jeff got back to us right away and put his tile specialist Joe Lee on the job. Jeff scheduled our job quickly, which was great because we were worried about damage from water leaking through the old grout. Joe worked quickly and thoroughly, replacing broken tiles, fixing the leaking spot, and putting in new grout and caulking in the kitchen. He also replaced all the grout and caulking in the shower and repaired water damage in an area adjacent to the tub. He explained all the repairs very clearly and did meticulous work. "The installation of the copper piping involved removing all galvanized piping and installing copper from beneath the house. Some walls needed to be cut into in order to replace the piping. All sheet rock was repaired and re-tiled where needed. The finish product was like new. There was 2 or 3 men working at all times, always doing their best to least interrupt our daily lives.We never saw the men take a break or waste any time. Very impressive..
