"My central air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working early Sunday (Sept. 6, 2015). I called John Henry's and they said they would be here as soon as possible - mid-afternoon. Chuck arrived about 2:30 and by 3:45 he had replaced the fan and my house began to cool down. Appreciated the fact that John Henry's charges the standard diagnostic price 7 days a week...no overtime charges on Sunday.
I switched to John Henry's a number of years ago because of their hours. Their first appt. of the day is 7 a..m. which is helpful to those who work outside the home.
I was very satisfied with the service. Chuck was personable and helpful and efficient.

"Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need.
He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction."
