"I had a unit that kept tripping the circuit breaker, and also needed seasonal maintenance. Roosevelt determined my a/c was fine, that the problem was a bad circuit breaker, which he replaced. He also did my seasonal maintenance on 2 houses even though he was very busy with the usual summer emergencies. I've used him before and he provides great service and his price is better then most."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I called because our furnace fan on one side was not working. Someone came out that day (even though it wasn't necessary because it was a pretty warm day). The tech found the problem, ordered the part and came back as soon as it was available. Besides the good service, I had another issue. I usually purchase an annual maintenance agreement from TMI and this year, either forgot or didn't get a reminder, so I didn't have the agreement, which allows for a discount on any parts, as well as tune up service twice a year. The Company allowed me to purchase the agreements retroactive and applied the discount on the part needed to fix the furnace. Nice thing to do...
