"Repairing Central Air Conditioning System"

"Excellent service from initial phone call to the completion of service. I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. I called several places only to get a recording or text message informing me they were busy and would call me later. Contacted Mr. Duct . and received prompt service from a wonderful live person Informing me of their services, coupons and available special discounts. I was able to schedule for the next day. The technician was prompt, thorough and Respectful. Explaining exactly what they did and what they found, showing Me the Impacted lint ..Ran a test load and all was clear. After they left I ran another load of the same amount of towels which Instead of 4 hrs took 35 minutes. So no need for the new dryer . Thanks to Mr. duct, I was able to cancel my new dryer since My old Kenmore Now works great. Excellent service and staff!"

"He troubleshooted and repaired the faulty wiring between my office switches and two outside lights - and was ready on the day of the quote. He answered all of my questions in a way I can understand. He was friendly the entire time that he was working"

"Went okay. Based on some of my past tuneups, I felt like the tech could have done a little more. For example, tech had no vacuum to clean the bottom of inside the furnace. I am not sure he did any cleaning of the INSIDE of my central air unit either, but he did a great job using the hose to clean the side vents, etc., with the garden hose. Also not sure if he ever used that device with the hoses and gauge usually used to check pressure or is it Freon? For $89.95 for each (central air and furnace), I expect a super thorough job. I can’t get around these tuneups or I will void my warranty. I want to feel uber confident I am getting my moneys worth. Tech was super nice and very professional!"

"He was awesome very knowledgeable explained everything to me. He didn?t mind me looking over his shoulder to learn, and he told me in detail every step that he was doing and showed me how to do it because I love learning new stuff and he was very nice about that and he was able to troubleshoot the furnace and found exactly what was wrong with it and repair it. The last guy I had here stood and looked at the Furnace for 10 minutes, scratching his head not knowing what the hell to do. Tony knew exactly what to do. And with a little pixie dust, a miracle happened and the furnace started working.. LOL"

"Best customer service ever! Very helpful! Was able to fix air conditioner right away. I will go here for all my future maintenance or repair issues!"
