"The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

He took the time to call my water heater company, found my contract and my remaining warranty. He helped me with all my options and was never pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in a language I can understand and was absolutely professional. He and his team, came by replaced my water Heather and other items from my furnace.
